A. Fill the member application form in a legible and complete form, paste your photo, sign the relevant part.
B. 2 passport photos (for member registration book and member card)
C. 1 ID card, driver’s license or a copy of the Institution Identity Card (Turkish Identity Number and one side to side)

3. A copy of the receipt for the year 2018, 50 TL annual membership fee, 10 TL application fee deposited in the association’s account. (Total 60 TL)
